ARISA GREEN: CARBON FOOTPRINT CERTIFICATES

Nidec Arisa continues to work day after day on its firm commitment to the environment. Through its program, Arisa Green, there are several environmental sustainability initiatives that it has active and, among them, it has completed an arduous process that has led it to obtain certifications, both in the Company Carbon Footprint, according to the GHG Protocol standard, and in the Product Carbon Footprint Calculation, according to the ISO 14067 standard.

It has also obtained approval from the SBTi, of the commitments and planning in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions within Nidec Corporation, to which it is subscribed.

In this way, Nidec Corporation and, therefore, Nidec Arisa, are committed to reducing scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 45% by 2030. And to reduce scope 3 GHG emissions by 25% by that same year, taking as reference values ​​those corresponding to emissions for the year 2022.
