Micro Feeders
Our micro feeders are designed to eliminate material waste at the end of each coil by bridging the gap between the main feeder and the press. Installed directly before the die, they take over feeding when the main feeder runs out of material, allowing the press to complete the final progression without stopping prematurely. This ensures smoother operation and reduces unnecessary coil scrap.
Micro feeders are especially valuable when plant layouts require the feed line to be positioned farther from the press. By compensating for the extra distance between the main feeder and the die, they provide the additional strip length needed, improving material utilization and reducing costs over time.
