Speed and Efficiency
These types of presses are specially designed for high speed and rigidity to withstand the forces generated by various operations such as cutting, bending, deep drawing, etc.
The installation consists of the press itself and a feeding line for the strip, starting from a coil of material that advances through the system. It includes an automatic stroke change to better adapt to the required speeds and strokes.
Nominal forces range from 1,600 kN up to 25,000 kN.
Infinite Automation Options
- Long and short strip lines
- Servo driven, Eccentric or Link Drive, depending on slide speed, with fixed or variable stroke
- For steel, aluminum, or stainless steel work
- Fully programmable automatic feeders by ARISA
- Automatic die changes: faster insertion, centering, and clamping at the push of a button
- Strip feeding systems configurable according to material
- Pneumatic and hydraulic cushions for optimal material forming
- Soundproof cabins to reduce acoustic pressure levels
