High Eccentric Load Press

A special design where the kinematics are rearranged and the press structure is reinforced to reduce slide tilting under high eccentric loads, improving stamping accuracy and tool and press life.

Features

  • Servo—driven technology.
  • The eccentric wheels are positioned as far as apart as possible from the center of the press, allowing the connecting rods to be very space out.
  • Greater stiffness than a conventional press.
  • Improved tilting, left-right angularity and parallelism.
  • Achievements around +25% more press capacity against off-center loads
